Shipping policy
Every Canty CO product is made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs and the current estimated delivery window are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates include production and carrier transit time and are not guaranteed. Orders may take longer during holidays, severe weather, or periods of high demand.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If your address needs to be corrected, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, the address may not be changeable.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, your package appears lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
